EveryThai Rewards – Terms & Conditions
The EveryThai Rewards program ("Rewards Program") is operated by EveryThai and may include various reward campaigns, promotions, point-earning activities, or limited-time drops (each, a "Campaign"), offered at any time while supplies last.
- Only receipts or proof of purchase from participating restaurants and qualifying items, as specified in each Campaign, are eligible to earn Eat2Earn points.
- Each receipt or proof of purchase may be used once. Duplicate, altered, or fraudulent submissions will be disqualified.
- Points may be earned, redeemed, applied, or restricted based on restaurant, Campaign, reward type, or point category. Multiple point systems or reward mechanics may operate simultaneously at EveryThai's discretion.
- Each participating restaurant or Campaign may have limited reward allocations and may determine how points are earned within the campaign guidelines.
- Play2Win activities are optional, promotional in nature, and may have separate rules, eligibility requirements, or reward structures.
- Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.
- Rewards may be shipped, collected, or digitally delivered depending on the Campaign. Fulfillment terms may vary.
- EveryThai reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Rewards Program, any Campaign, Play2Win activities, reward offerings, or point mechanics at any time without prior notice.

Use of Data for Rewards & Verification
By participating in the Rewards Program, users acknowledge that EveryThai may collect and use personal information (such as name, email, and receipt data) solely for purposes related to rewards administration, including eligibility verification, fraud prevention, fulfillment, and user support.
Receipt & Content Submission
- Users confirm that submitted receipts or participation materials are accurate and complete. EveryThai reserves the right to review, verify, reject, or invalidate submissions that do not meet Campaign requirements.
- Submitted materials may be used by EveryThai for verification, operational, and aggregated promotional purposes. Personally identifiable information will not be publicly disclosed without consent.
Marketing Communications
- Consent to receive marketing communications is optional and not required to earn points or redeem rewards.
- Marketing communications, including emails related to rewards, updates, or programs such as Aroi Deals, will only be sent to users who have explicitly opted in.
- Users may withdraw consent or unsubscribe at any time.
Future Programs
- EveryThai may introduce new programs, features, partner offerings, or reward mechanics at any time.
- Participation in such programs may be subject to updated terms and additional consent where required.
Participation in the Rewards Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and EveryThai's Privacy Policy.
