Regional / Home-Style Thai

GOOG Thai Cook Shop—from the team behind Michelin-starred Somtum Der—brings authentic Thai comfort food to Red Hook. True to its name, which affectionately means a small home-style cook, GOOG focuses on regional shared plates paired with award-winning cocktails. It’s Brooklyn’s cozy gateway to Thailand’s diverse, ever-exciting food scene, where every dish feels like a heartfelt meal from a neighborhood eatery back home.
